Hacton Lane
Hacton Bridge over the Ingrebourne. This existed in 1299. Before the early 17th it was a horse-bridge, and in the 1660s made to take carts taking corn to Romford market. A brick bridge was built in 1728 and costs were shared with the county who took it over completely in the mid 19th.
Hacton Lane Social club Hactons. Built in the 1760s by William Braund. It is a red-brick house with stone quoins and dressings, with two wings. Used by the military in the Second World War and then empty until 1954 when it was converted to flats. Painted white, and an extra storey added

Park Farm Road
Park Corner Farm has a mid-18th brick barn. The 16th Farmhouse was destroyed by bombing in the Second World War. Now an equestrian centre
